Introduction

The Bear Metallurgical Coal Project is 100% owned by Compliance and Compliance has the right to develop and mine the coal from seven coal licenses covering 4,325 acres. The project is located on Vancouver Island, about 100km north from Nanaimo, British Columbia.

It has been reported that the project hosts a metallurgical coal resource of 8.6 million tones, of which 5.0 million would be accessible by open pit mining methods.
