Overview

The Canadian coalbed methane industry is in its infancy and Compliance intends to peruse coalbed methane developments.

Coalbed methane already supplies seven per cent of annual natural gas needs in the US, but there is virtually no production industry in Canada. Coalbed methane reserves in British Columbia are estimated at 90 trillion cubic feet, exceeding on-shore reserves of natural gas.

Compliance has initiated steps to include coalbed methane in its growth plans.
