Introduction

Compliance has the right to purchase 100% of the Raven Metallurgical Coal Project located on Vancouver Island. The Project is located approximately 80 km north of Nanaimo, British Columbia, close to transportation and power infrastructure, and tidewater. Compliance has the right to develop and mine the coal from coal rights covering 33,200 hectares.
